THE NTA EDIT — MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Payment
- Memberships are billed monthly by card through Stripe, on the date you join.
- If a payment fails, bookings are paused until it is paid. Stripe will retry automatically.
- Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.
Minimum term and cancelling
- Minimum term is 3 months.
- After 3 months, cancel anytime by emailing us with 30 days' notice.
- Cooling-off: you can cancel within 14 days of joining for a refund, minus any sessions used, charged at full price.
Your sessions
- Sessions are allocated each billing month.
- Unused sessions do not roll over.
- Memberships are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Valid at all NTA Beauty Studio locations, subject to availability.
Booking and missed appointments
- Book through your private member booking link.
- Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session.
Pausing
- You can pause once per 12 months, for up to 1 month, for surgery, pregnancy, illness or travel. Email us before your next billing date.
Health and safety
- A consultation and health form are required before your first session.
- We may refuse or postpone treatment if it isn't safe for you.
- Post-operative clients need clearance from their surgeon.
- Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
