Booking terms.
A clear guide to deposits, cancellations, suitability and what to expect when you reserve a studio treatment.
01Booking fees & deposits
- Any deposit or booking fee shown at checkout is non-refundable.
- The amount due is shown on the relevant treatment or package before you confirm your appointment.
- Limited offers cannot be extended beyond their stated validity period.
Packages & validity
- Prepaid treatments and packages must be used within 12 weeks unless a different period is stated on the booking listing.
- Unused treatments may be marked as completed after the applicable validity period and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Where a promotion or package states a shorter completion period, that specific period applies.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- A late change or missed appointment may result in the non-refundable booking payment being retained.
Health & suitability
- You must disclose relevant health conditions, allergies and medication before treatment.
- A medical form must be completed before your first session.
- Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined when it is not suitable. Medical clearance may be requested where appropriate.
Consultations
- Some treatments require a consultation before treatment can proceed.
- Consultations are free but are booked alongside the relevant treatment appointment.
Aftercare & results
- Please follow the aftercare guidance provided for your treatment.
- Results vary between clients and can be affected by health, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
- NTA Beauty Studio cannot accept responsibility for an unsatisfactory outcome where aftercare guidance has not been followed.
Refunds & concerns
- Treatments that have already been performed are non-refundable.
- If you have a concern about a completed treatment, contact NTA Beauty Studio so it can be reviewed directly.
Photography & content
- Photographs or video may be requested for progress records or promotional content. Tell NTA Beauty Studio before booking if you do not consent.
- Promotional and model-rate treatments may require content as a condition of the offer. Choose a standard treatment if you prefer full privacy.
Promotions, privacy & payment
- Promotions are time-sensitive, subject to availability and return to the standard price when the offer ends.
- Personal information is treated as confidential and used to manage your appointment and treatment safely.
- Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer or a payment link, as confirmed for your booking.
