These terms apply to NTA Method Academy training and should be read before paying a course fee or deposit.

Training session guidelines
Mobile phones must be switched off during training sessions.
Smoking and chewing gum are not permitted in the training room.
As part of the training process, students must be willing to give and receive treatments.
Please arrive before your scheduled start time to allow for administration so training can begin promptly.

Course bookings & payments
Full payment is required to secure your place unless a deposit option applies.
Course bookings must be made in advance.
A 50% non-refundable deposit can secure your place. The exact deposit depends on the prospectus investment option selected.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven days before the course start date.

Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows
You must inform the academy at least seven days before the course start date if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
Requests made within seven days, same-day cancellations, arrival 20 minutes or more late, or failure to attend may result in the full course fee being payable or forfeited.
In these circumstances, the course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rebooking after a late cancellation or no-show requires a new booking and full payment.

Conduct & attendance
The academy may dismiss a student who displays disruptive, inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards trainers or fellow students after two verbal warnings. No refund will be given in such cases.
The Beginner Body Contouring course runs across 2.5 days, including the additional Confidence Building Practical Day. All scheduled training must be attended to be eligible for certification.

Dress code
Students must wear a beauty tunic or uniform, or a black top with black trousers and black flat shoes.
Open-toe shoes, high heels, jeans, excessive jewellery, nail enhancements and coloured nail varnish are not permitted.
Hair must be neatly tied back.

Course fees & pricing
The price shown on the official website or booking communication at the time of booking is the price charged.
NTA Method is not responsible for incorrect pricing displayed by third parties.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Models, equipment & practical training
No prior qualification is required for the Beginner Body Contouring course.
Models are provided by NTA Method for practical training.
All equipment and tools required during the course are provided.
Students must participate actively by performing and, where applicable, receiving treatments.
Students must disclose any medical condition that may affect their ability to give or receive treatment.

Health, safety & contraindications
Students must follow all health, safety and hygiene instructions given by the trainer.
Treatments must not be performed on a model presenting with a contraindication.
Students are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance before treating paying clients after the course.

Copyright & intellectual property
All course notes, manuals, handouts, images, demonstrations and website content remain the property of NTA Method. They must not be reproduced, modified, distributed, resold or used to train others without written permission.

Equal opportunities & code of conduct
The academy has zero tolerance for discrimination, racism, sexism, ageism, bullying and harassment.
Physical or verbal abuse, inappropriate language or behaviour may result in dismissal without refund and further action where necessary.

Course changes or cancellation by the academy
The academy may change dates, venues, content, trainers and materials where necessary.
If the academy cancels a course, it will aim to reschedule at a convenient time.
If a course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.

Privacy & student responsibilities
Personal information is kept confidential, used for course administration and will not be sold.
Students are responsible for their belongings while on academy premises. NTA Method does not accept liability for lost or stolen items.
Plagiarism is prohibited and may result in a certificate being withheld and further appropriate action.
