These policies apply to every student attending the beginner course and should be read alongside the Academy Terms & Conditions.

Attendance & punctuality
This is a 2.5-day course with 14 guided learning hours, including the additional Confidence Building Practical Day. All scheduled training must be attended to be eligible for certification.
Arrive at the time stated on your confirmation and not before the stated arrival time.
Arrival 20 minutes or more late may be treated as a no-show under the Terms & Conditions.

Health, safety & hygiene
Follow the trainer’s health, safety and hygiene instructions at all times.
Wash and sanitise hands before and after every treatment.
Clean and disinfect equipment and work areas before and after use.
Report any accident, injury or near-miss to the trainer immediately.

Contraindications & model suitability
Never perform body-contouring treatment on anyone presenting with a contraindication.
Complete a consultation and check contraindications before every practical treatment.
Ask the trainer before proceeding whenever there is doubt.

Models
Models are provided by NTA Method for the practical element.
Treat every model with respect, professionalism and care.
Treatments may only be performed under trainer supervision.

Equipment & tools
The academy provides RF, cavitation, vacuum, LED and G5 equipment, plus silicone cupping and wood therapy tools for course use.
Use equipment only as demonstrated and handle it with care.
Report damage or faults immediately. Students may be liable for damage caused by misuse.

Professional conduct
Behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers, students and models.
Disruptive, inappropriate or abusive behaviour may result in dismissal without refund.
Keep mobile phones switched off or silent during training and demonstrations.

Photography, recording & social media
Do not photograph or record trainers, students or models without prior consent from everyone involved and the academy.
Where consent is given, protect the privacy and dignity of every model.
Course content and demonstrations must not be filmed or shared for the purpose of teaching others.

Intellectual property
Manuals, notes, demonstrations and training materials remain the property of NTA Method.
Materials must not be copied, shared, resold or used to train others without written permission.

Certification
Certificates are awarded after all 2.5 days are completed and the practical assessment is satisfactory.
A certificate may be withheld when attendance, conduct or competency requirements are not met.

Insurance after the course
Students are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional or treatment insurance before treating paying clients.
After the course, students practise on members of the public at their own risk and responsibility.

Data protection & privacy
Personal information is kept confidential and used only for course administration.
Information will not be sold to third parties.

Complaints
Raise concerns with the trainer during the course where possible so they can be addressed promptly.
Formal complaints can be submitted in writing to NTA Method and will be answered as soon as possible.
