Your first NTA appointment: what to expect.
You do not need to arrive knowing every treatment name. A good starting point is simply knowing what you would like help with.
Before you book
Take a look at the treatment menu and think about your main reason for visiting. You might be exploring body contouring, looking into lymphatic drainage or enquiring about support after surgery.
If you are unsure which appointment fits, contact Shireen before booking. Explain what you are hoping for and whether you have had any recent treatment or surgery. You can also explore Sculpt & Consult in the booking menu for a guided starting point.
Your visit begins with a conversation
There is space to talk about your goals, previous treatments and any questions. Your health history, medication, allergies and current circumstances help inform whether a treatment is suitable.
Be open about anything that could affect your appointment, even if you are unsure whether it matters. Read the medical suitability information ahead of your visit, and ask about anything you do not understand.
Care that considers you
Shireen’s approach starts with listening and considering your comfort and suitability. The conversation helps shape the session and gives you an opportunity to understand the proposed treatment before it begins.
You can ask what a technique involves, discuss your expectations and say if anything feels uncomfortable. Results and the number of sessions needed vary; your appointment is a chance to discuss what is realistic for you.
Arriving at the studio
NTA is a private, appointment-only studio in Luton. The full address is shared with confirmed clients ahead of their appointment, and parking is available directly in front.
Please arrive at your appointment time. There is no waiting area, so arriving early may mean the studio is still preparing for you or caring for another client.
A few things to have ready
- Your booking confirmation and any instructions sent before your visit.
- Details of medication, allergies, health conditions and recent procedures.
- Any questions you want to ask — a note on your phone is absolutely fine.
Check the booking terms before confirming, including the cancellation and rescheduling policy. The booking menu shows treatment details, availability and the amount due at checkout.
Before you leave
Use the end of your appointment to ask about any aftercare instructions and whether a follow-up is appropriate. If something is unclear, ask Shireen to explain it again. You should leave understanding the next step.
